On May 25th I ran my first ever pasta workshop!
It was so much fun and everyone left as a pro pasta maker!
During this class I taught everyone how to make an egg based pasta dough and how to make two different shapes of pasta, pappardelle and farfalle! I made a tomato butter sauce to go with as well as bruschetta for a snack and special curated wine pairings to go with both dishes. Thank you to Beaches and Box for letting me do this and thank you to my amazing helpers!
